This week blew by, y'all! Let's get to it!
TRAINING
Another fantastic session at the Kansas City Presas Arnis Meetup on Sunday! We introduced our Defensive Response #3 (double block and strike) and showed uses and applications with sticks and with empty hand. Everybody did great!
Monday at the Presas Arnis class at Elite Dragon, we spent much of the session HITTING STUFF. Hitting sticks, hitting bags, and focusing in on fundamentals. After all, if you learn the fundamentals well, when we start putting stuff on top of those skills, they won't have to think about how to do it "right" any more.
